Kevin Gates is sooooo wack to me.. man maybe I gotta give that luca brasi joint a run back cause **** was so mediocre
 
1017 Thug one of the best pieces of rap in recent years??? How?

****** would rather listen to Gates interviews than his music though
 
I haven't listened to a lot of Gates, but most of the songs I like from him have been features. I do like that he's actually a rapper with content who can also make stuff that bumps. Young Thug is the much less appealing version of other artists who make better music than him.
 
You definitely haven't actively listened to much Young Thug then, pretty much the definition of a 1 of 1. Only rapper you can possibly say he's a version of is Wayne.

I said they should be making classics together not face time beefing. But yea, 1017 Thug is a personal classic trap mixtape definitely up there with LBS.
