Yeezy 2 Red fake check help

Requesting some help on these shoes.  My son bought them a couple of months ago and wants to sell them.  I was asked to "tag" the photos that I published on ebay, but do not know how to do that so the buyer rescint his offer.  Since I haven't been able to figure it out, I did not want relist them until I do tag them.  Now I am seeing a lot of "replicas".

My son bought them from a store at the mall, but can't find the receipt.  I want to be sure they are not fake before I attempt to sell them again.

I appreciate any advice.

Could use better pics of the tongue and the swoosh, but from what I'm seeing these look fake. Plus these were an online release only. I've never heard of any ever making it to Nike outlet store either.

Did you tag someone else's photo(s)?

The first picture is a legit pair as it was posted by the original owner in other places shortly after the release.  Also, the manufacturing dates are similar to the pair I bought from nike.com on release day.

Nice catch, the op's story of how he got em is what made me ask for more pics. I sure newer reps thought have fixed the mfg date on the tag so I would not rely on that completely to determine a fake, still need to judge the shoe's overall shape.
