Are these air max fake?

I'm from the uk and wanted to buy a pair of the air max 90 Independence Day pack. Since they do not sell them in any shops now I would have to buy them off ebay or gumtree. By looking at the pics in the links, can someone advise me if these are fake or not!? Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Are u sure cause I think the first pair look pretty legit comparing them to fake stuff I've looked up and giveaways of fake pairs

Flag is wrong, mesh is wrong, tongue label is wrong. And the fact that these are sold out everywhere but this seller offers about half a size range for 100 GBPs a piece. Rrrrrrright. C'mon son.
