keanu's new role: john wick, john wick 2 announced; Patiently waiting for john wick 3 to be announce

Movie was one of the coolest ones in this genre we've seen in a bit.  Wick > Equalizer in terms for this year.

it's a great movie if you accept it for what it is.. a throwback to cheesy og 90s revenge action flicks
this movie is appreciated though because it was filmed as if it were a video game. very cool, soundtrack on point too
 
wick was everything equalizer should have been

loved the underground crime world that they created 

my only complaint was that as a dog owner, his first puppy was way too well trained for a puppy 
 
Great action flick. Excellent choreography. Still don't see Reeves up for an oscar anytime soon, but if you're going for the stone-faced/almost incapable of expressing emotion killer type...Keanu's your man. Worth admission.

Agreed...they did a good job creating an interesting underworld without delving into it. The Continental :smokin.
 
watched it last weekend... LOVED it!
i kinda hoped that John would make Theon suffer just a tad bit more... like shoot off the feet and hands then finish him off

also i stayed a little during credits and it said that the producer was Eva Longoria :wow:
did not know she produced.
 
Awesome movie. Loved Theon always playing a punk lil kid lol

Every time keeanu got into a fight I can see a thought bubble of him saying " I know kung fun" in his neo voice

Lol @ the final fight being in the rain like matrix 3

Best laugh when the head Russian mobster telling his son just how ruthless john wick is and his son is like " IMA kill him". Pops was like

" did u listen to a single word I said" lol lol
 
Loved the movie, the Insurance bad luck commercial guy nearly killed the movie for me, Dude should never be in movies :lol:

John Wick was such a bad **** :hqt
 
really good movie.. props to Keanu really learning jiu jitsu

he seemed thrilled to learn it before plugging into the Matrix, but never used it
 
A++++++ film



Had to drag a few people who did not want to see it and they came out loving it.
 
Movie was cool , could've been better . Love the fighting and shooting scenes but didn't like the ending . Could've kill dude in a way different way .
 
That first fight scene where he kills that du with a karate chop over the kitchen counter

Great movie. Everything got set up quickly and the pace was spot-on.
