This electronic raffles and in store raffles are really a pain in the ***! Dont enjoy the collecting as much,I would rather try online if I strike out oh well on to next shoe!

Any one in Tampa care to explain how it worked with head starts?
TBH, I have no idea, the only  difference i noticed was the count down clock was faster for the red pair.... The navy pair countdown was like 15min slower for FTL and FTA.... I still like this method over the instore method

Footlocker and Champs managers can no longer back door. The question is will the app monitor inventory? For example Villas POS systems sync their sales every morning. So backdooring is at a minimal. I applaud Villa for that! Their raffles are pretty much legit
After going thru the process i wouldnt be surprised if the app has an effect on the inventory, When you go to pick up your pair, they have to get a code off your phone. Which they put into system, they also have a code for each shoe that they have to put in the system. So after you get your shoes it will shoe they were picked on the app on your phone...

Count down.

Say the countdown for everyone is supposed to end at 5:30 P.M., but you have whatever loyalty program they use and get 3 minute head start. The system will tell you at 5:27 PM..6 minute head start, 5:24 and so on.

So when they say it gives you a better chance, its pretty much just like first come first served based on all the things they put into it. How long you`ve been a member, how much $ you`ve spent, pickup vs reservation ratio and so on.

I figured the only reason I won the OVO 12s in chicago is because I`ve had my membership since 2006-2007 when they closed the last footaction in my area. I hadnt used it for long but i still had the same phone number and when they came back, my old information was still there. Plus ive spent a couple thousand since they`ve opened back up

It is directly linked to the store inventory, Minus the 20% of the stock that they allow employees to have available for themselves.

Also learned from a foot locker manager

If you have problems checking in via Bluetooth

Make sure on ur phone

iPhone which I have. Idk about android that location services are turned on always on. Sometime the Bluetooth check in won't work if it doesn't read your location.

Yup. They can give you a code to use.

Thats what i did for the OVO release.........I had a friend that works across the street go in and say his GPS wasnt working for the check in. Got the code and it worked for me and one of my friends, but not my other friend.

IDK if its limited to a certain amount of people or only valid for a certain time period........The code changed the next day when i got one for my girl.

How exactly does the check in work? Do I just got to any store and check in whenever, or do I have to wait for a release and check in within my countdown time?
I couldn't really find clear info on this

Just check ftl launch locator for Brooklyn and the app reservation are active for the cyber Monday 3's, they need to bring that in my state quick

No way to enter off a desktop correct??.....was thinking maybe the have a desktop version like nike has for the SNKRS app?

This is so stupid

Whats the point of this app crap so people don't camp by the stores or so footlocker doesn't need to give out raffle tickets ?

Also does anyone know if this is going to be used for all releases ?

I don't think its about camping. I think it's that footlocker doesn't want to be paying employees to do raffles all day. But I agree this sucks. Like another user said, it's going to be like Adidas Confirmed and it's always a disaster.

I spoke to the manager at my HOH and he said it's going to be app only from here on.

Personally I think this is a good idea. Hopefully no more back dooring from my local shady FL.

Only people who say its stupid are the ones that dont fully understand it.

Employee rigged raffles was a huge problem, that is no longer an issue. There is still favoritism, but favoritism to those who have continued to spend $ with the company.

Thats the safest and most fair way to do it.

Facts

These apps still won't stop the backdooring. These employees are pissed about the apps. Just this weekend for the SBB 2.0, someone I know was heading out to pick up their pair and the app showed that they were already purchased. Come to find out, one of the employees had their friend pick them up using the name and size, because the employees weren't checking the actual app for the reservation. The manager still let him pickup another pair for the same size.

It's best to be there when store opens rather than later in the day.
