Possible Fix? [Concord 11 2000]

Sup everyone, so I've had these concords for a while but the patent leather is really bothering me. Is it a possible fix or are they stuck like that forever?

You could try stuffing with socks very very tight and warming the PL with a hairdryer?

But usually creases are there to stay.

I was thinking the same thing. It's logical. Shape might somewhat comeback but the creases will definitely stay.

I don't care about the creases just the bumpy PL.
