I got a message from the author the other day. He said that he is working on an Encyclopedia for Air Force 1's and Dunks as well. That encyclopedia for the AF1's is going to be massive! That's well over 3000 different models.
 
I received my book. The good news is it's fun to have and a great concept. The bad news is it's ammature at best. Nobody proof read this before print. Major spelling and grammar errors along with mis labeling of shoes and cut off pages from printing on nearly every page. theres no organization by date of shoe release and he misses a ton of shoes for as many pages as this book includes. I would be embarrassed to show this to someone with knowledge of shoes and who passed the 6th grade. I'm super disappointed. Because of the errors this book will never be as big or as good as it could be. I wouldn't buy anything this guy made again. Horrible to deal with and purely ammature at best. Dissapoonted.

I haven't had great luck with kickstarter stuff so it's expected for me.

The red flag for me was when he showed the book being made in mexico.

Unfortunately you took the hit for most of us who were interested. Hate that he presented it to be a great product and turned out to be some BS. The idea of it was genius though.

I had some time to go over this book and I appreciate it for what it is. Considering this is the author's first book and this was a passion project I can overlook those issues. I knew exactly what i was getting and i am happy with the finished product. I also am highly interested in that AF1 and Dunks book.

I agree. I didn't have too high of expectations for this. That being said, the concept was worth backing for me, 100%.

I'm sure his AF1 and Dunks book will be much more polished.

Good attempt but could have def been more organized and more informational about history of the shoes
 
Backed back in January. Glad to finally know it's almost here after all this time. Got a couple Jordan edition books and magazines. Some old slam magazines the kicks mag they released, a couple sole mags, will be nice adding this to the collection just because.
 
Same here. Those mags have a lot of good stories and info in them. Did you pick up recent slam presents?

I know it's been a long wait for everyone but these things are massive special projects that take a lot of time. I'm excited

Yeah they do! and Nah, I'm interested in those as well. Slipped on buying when they were in store but I'm gonna backtrack and grab the 2 Volumes.
 
I got both vol. 1,2 of the AIR Jordan's
Got both of em at my local Safeway, but I need this Encyclopedia book of J's. This has gotta be the book (GOAT Book) of all NIKE AIR JORDAN SHOES!...
 
Do you have the Book already? So you say it;s not worth it? Anything New that we haven't seen before? LMK beacause I'm about to check out on VILLA right now.
