I noticed I got some brown streaks on one of my bottom front tooth at the back, and it looks weird as hell.

Going to see the dentist later this week, but I'm wondering if it's just plaque, or something worse

If You drink too much soda or coffee and don't brush, those streaks are stains. You probably have some on behind your front teeth as well.

A Year? Man I go every 6 months. I hate the dentist but I rather be safe than sorry.

It was 2 years before I went to the dentist prior to my last visit. I guess my teeth are telling me that brushing and flossing ain't good enuf for your boy

apply some pressure and that **** will be gone in no time. Dentist are scam artists for the most part. I put this on everything I love. I went a solid 10 years without going to the dentist and went a few months ago, got my x-rays and teeth cleaned and no cavities. My old fillings even held up.

When I made the appointment and told them I hadn't seen a dentist in 10 years (and not due to a lack of insurance, but because I have hated dentist since I was a kid) they were on the phone thinking I was gonna come in with my grill looking like a set of dominoes. After the cleaning the dentist asked how I kept my teeth on point for so long and I told him flossing and brushing and that's it. If you floss regularly in a addition to brushing you'll be aight.

Word. Get those Wisdom teeth out as soon as you can man. The longer you wait the worse it is from what I heard. Got mine pulled a long time ago..wasn't too bad of an experience.

I use a waterpik water flosser, mouthwash and a battery operated toothrbrush that costs like $6. That is all you need. Maybe go to the dentist once a year. It is worth taking care of your teeth because if you let them go too long without cleaning and flossing they will decay and it could be too late.

I floss and brush my teeth everyday.....maybe I'm just brushing it wrong lol

Anyway my momma said I will be fine, just gotta drink less sugary drinks and caffeinated drinks

Oh yea, I cut out drinking most liquids that contain sugars. I was addicted to soda and it was a great idea to quit. Try drinking mio or other water enhancers, they are sugar free and taste good to me. I think people fail to realize how much sugar is in stuff like orange juice, iced tea, etc.

Yep..

Also look up oil pulling... I use coconut virgin oil 1-2 times a day. Swish and pull the oil around in my mouth for 10 mintues and spit it out.. heals cavities, sensitivity,i no longer needed a root canal and my gums healed there selves

The Lauric Acid (one of the fatty acids in coconut oil) is also proven to be antimicrobial… it can kill bacteria, viruses and fungi

OP try it, use coconut oil, within 1 week you will see improvements
