^Was that Ultimo/Malenko match the one where there felt like this past week's Raw? I remember some crowd during a really awesome CW match just sitting on their hands and thought was pretty lame, hardly reacting to anything

3. Let me talk about my man Ultimo Dragon for a second. During the end of 1996, nobody was on this dude's level. Currently watching 1996 Starrcade, vs. Malenko, and this dude is just oozing confidence as he is walking to the ring. You just have to see it.

But technically, nobody was seeing him. He could fly, good mat work, throws a few powermoves in there every so often. I recommend watching his matches vs. Rey (WW3 96) and Malenko (Starrcade 96), for all of you anti-WCW dudes. He put on a show during both matches. He somewhat Brock Lesner's Rey during that WW3 matchup.

Warrior/Macho Man is my favorite match of all time, but that Mysterio/Ultimo match at WW3 is a close second. When Mysterio came out with the Spidey costume for the first time, I was like

Nah, that was the opening match at Starrcade. Fans were really into that match. They were dead for the Liger/Rey match though.

Yea man, that was sweet as hell. That was really when he first started coming out in "costumes."

DCAllAfrican DCAllAfrican the Fall Brawl review wasn't as funny as others cause it really wasn't that bad of a PPV, but I was still  at the Nasty Boys match and the main event.

Super Calo :smokin :smokin

Konnan :rolleyes :rolleyes
Yea I haven't listened yet. Konnan destroyed Juvi and Rey put on a damn good performance vs. Calo. Calo did his thing too.

DCAllAfrican DCAllAfrican I have the brain capacity, I've been in advanced placement courses since the third grade. I get their humor. They just aren't my favorite podcast to listen to. No deep heel insight necessary. You think you know me....(metallingus begins)

 @ AP Courses in 3rd grade though?

This Faces of Fear vs. Outsiders match at Starrcade 96 is goood.

In our school system in Cali it's called GATE. Gifted and talented education. Went to Kingsley Elementary in Pomona. So it would be the advanced placement curriculum. If you would prefer honors courses. Same difference. My word association alone during my childhood IQ test had the instructor quite amazed. Also my mom kept me from skipping a grade. They wanted me to jump from 3rd to 5th, but she wanted to keep me with peers of my age range instead of the older kids. Technically 11th and 12th grade classes are called AP, but I thought you were logical enough to comprehend what I was saying. Apparently not. :smh:

I told you dudes man. What is posted on that Website is from the WWE Geek Department. Nothing is ran past Vince. No way that is said if that had to get approved.

LOL @ BigEgo34 - all that formal education and you can't understand jokes from two Canadian dudes

Well if you look at my name it's BigEgo24. Not 34. Looks like you don't comprehend numbers homie. And I already mentioned I'm rather capable of comprehending the jokes. After reading Shakespeare, Joseph Conrad, Aldous Huxley, philosophers like Voltaire, Ralph Waldo Emerson and countless others to think that their thoughts on wrestling actually escape my mind is repugnant, loathsome, and down right trolling. Now I see why so many people give you grief... :smh:

I like the Hart of War episode of Monday Night Wars, but as a big Bret Hart fan I felt like they left out how he he had a hand in elevating Stone Cold. That was one of the feuds that helped launch the attitude era as well. The HBK and HHH version of DX got a whole ton of love for jump starting the attitude era on their episode and they weren't even together for that long into it. I think they could've done the same for Bret's episode. His feud with Stone Cold was a classic.

Looks like Kenta gonna be using Warrior's Way as his finisher.

Kenta has used a few moves as his finisher, according to spoilers...

And I'm about 99 percent sure I'll be wrong in the future... But that dot com article has given me a ton of faith in the future of the WWE.... They were shooting as straight as possible, calling them selves wrestlers... Made me so happy reading it...

pretty good guest in my opinion on the Jim Ross report - legend Cowboy Bill Watts

the old school in him nails a few points right on the head but the stubbornness shows through as well

i take it from the interview and other things i've heard that Watts wasn't/isn't to be messed with
