Wrestling Thread Sep 15-Oct 5 | October 5th, 1982 A Wrestling/NT/Cat Legend Was Born

I'm out of the product as much as I've been in quite some time but the Network is still worth it to me. I still watch every PPV so I'm getting my value with that alone, 120 as opposed to 720 a year is huge. Plus, I watch NXT every week and Monday Night Wars kicks *** so I'm happy.

I'm renewing as well, but there will definitely be a pretty big drop off of subs.. a lot of people barely use the damn thing for anything except PPVs.. and the product has been fairly awful lately to boot.

I wonder how Tyson Kidd feels that all of these younger dudes, that can do what he can do, are being brought in while he is still down there. 18 year old sr playing JV.

That is still my dude regardless.

Or as MeanGene would say, That is still my dude, "Irregardless."

Who did mongo have debra sleep with to get a commentator job and be put into the 4 horsemen? Him being in wrestling was so odd to me when I was a kid watching it.

Yea I knew that guy was a joke even at age 9 . It's embarrassing that he was included as a Horseman.

So for a guy that isn't really currently up on wrestling. Is the network wort it? I really just wanna watch mostly DX/attitude era content.

Some good stuff.

Flair was brolic back in the day.

I knew about the plane crash Flair was in. I can only imagine what that was like. :x

That crash is reason Flair lands semi-sideways on those back body drops or when someone threw him off the top turnbuckle instead of taking the bump full on his back like you're suppose to do.

Did not know that, I always thought that was weird, but that article really made me dislike the Dream

WTF?

Reliving the glory years for nostalgic purposes is one of the biggest selling points of the network for me.

Not only that there are some great docs on network like The Monday Night Wars.

All that along with getting every Live PPV, the network is more than worth it.

Imagine they all come up in a stable??!!!
