**Official Kendrick Lamar Thread 4th Studio Album ''DAMN.''Out Now**

Gonna have to see how this ages before I rank it with his other works.

TPAB, despite low replay value, has aged extremely well due to everything going on in the world & what it addresses. It's such a good concept album, it's hard for me to compare this to that.

GKMC still GOAT.

It is better backwards than forwards :wow: with him spazzing on the 2nd half of DNA into the 'outro' of blood.

This. The transition is sick.

I haven't seen anyone confirm that it's just one disc in there yet.

What if it's a 2 sided cd??

And to take it a step further, this is why we need to come together.
We have a well of unlimited water to drink from but we choose selfishness
And to stick with our own water bottles and experience thirst at times.
We are more powerful together, despite our differences. We should focus
Our energies on our commonalities.

"I'll take all the religions and put 'em all in one service
Just to tell 'em we ain't ****, but He's been perfect, world"

Blood still has me feeling some type of way...

"She replied 'Oh yes, you have lost something.... You've lost.... Your Life!'" *bang*

I enjoy the album and feel like Kendrick pulled off a 3 peat off two spins.

but my goodness its so hyperbole going on in this thread...

I can understand the top 5 talk from younger dudes, but cats that have Hov in their top spot are saying Kendrick is challenging him??? How Sway??

But anyway favs off a couple listens are FEEL FEAR XXX and DUCKWORTH, Story telling on DUCKWORTH is grand!!

ELEMENT might be the weakest song. DNA beat is crazy!!

Album is great... too early to tell but it is prolly my least favorite album of his.

Not a knock on it just a testament on how good his other 2 were

Quint ain't gone make it

Man some of you guys really hold GKMC in high regards. I feel like when I go back to it, it isn't as perfect as I once thought.

Duckworth is amazing but it's a little weird to listen to because my name is Anthony,

Going to cop now, :pimp:

I used to look at dudes funny when they hyped up that album. I didn't hate it, but I didn't love it.

But it grew on me heavy and is now my favorite project by him.
