**Official Kendrick Lamar Thread 4th Studio Album ''DAMN.''Out Now**

So the outcome in Blood. is the alternative to the ending of the story he tells in Duckworth. ......"you take 2 strangers and put em in random predicaments"

Sorry if it's been discussed already, but can anyone confirm that the physical copies are out before I head out to best buy? Thnx

2. To Pimp a Butterly
3. DAMN

Albums from best to worst. This might be another classic. i gotta' listen to this more over n' over again. I'm surprised at how well the "Loyalty" track was put together. It will do damage at the house parties and clubs. Gotta' grab a chick to that song!

Wait so another album is coming out on Sunday?? (TOC)

That's wild, I have DAMN. ahead of all of them.

But of ALL of his albums...

1) DAMN.

2) Section.80

3) GKMC

4) TPAB

5) Overly Dedicated

classic talk aside I don't think any of Kendricks projects have been bad. all good and enjoyable in their own right

I haven't finished the whip test but since everyone else is doing it. This is from listening to this project about 10 times already in it's entirety backwards and forwards.

1. TPAB/DAMN.

2. GKMC

3. Section 80

4. Overly Dedicated

This is the best production Kung Fu Kenny has ever had on an album so it's the most listenable to me of the projects. The bars, messages, and slaps (which I don't usually care to hear form Kendrick necessarily) are in abundance on this project. None of the creativity or storytelling that's been a hallmark of his stuff is lost though and the lyrics still shine through brilliantly. I honestly thought every feature was perfect and fit really well with the songs. Riri (skated on Loyalty), Zacari (murdered Love), and Bono on XXX fit seamlessly into each track. It's just another testament to how meticulous K. Dot is and also how he goes unconventional with some of his stuff. The beats, my gawd the beats. What more can I say, I think he took certain elements from each of his previous works and wove them into a tapestry that just flows so well not only forwards but maybe even moreso backwards. Personally this project is the one I can relate to the most. I mean having a black mom that FEAR track just brought back too much feelings and memories and even the stuff about talking about his own insecurities and other stuff just hits home man. I don't know if it was satire on here, but the fact that this dude did all the different styles of hip hop music prevalent today and murdered each one better than the best that's out doing it right now just solidifies his place as the greatest in the game right now.

I loved TPAB when it came out and called it an instant classic, DAMN. has all the components to check those same boxes. King Kendrick still batting 1.000 man glad to witness greatness in its prime.

Nah Duckworth is in contention for his top 5 songs period for me. I'd put em over both of those.
