Money Mayweather Leaves No Tip on a $25K Bill

- Why does anyone say "bless you" when you sneeze?

- Why do people give each other a kiss on the cheek which if you really looked at the motion is just a kiss in the air?

There's reason behind most things.
Something's are just social norms...
No they're not. There are specific reasons behind why something become social norms. It doesn't just pop in to existence where an entire society agrees to do it. It literally becomes something popular to do among the rich and then it trickles on down in this situation.

tipping is one of them.
In some societies.

If you want to question norms that force you to tip, I hope you also question the ones that don't take money out your pockets.
Norms don't force you to do anything. You're just expected to do them. People usually don't question what they're expected to do if they start off doing them regularly.

By a lot of your logic, strippers shouldn't get tips either because they are just there to do a job.
If strippers are getting a hourly wage for their jobs then they shouldn't get tipped for standing on stage and taking off their clothes. However, if you want special attention, you want a private lap dance, you want to see her bring out extra tricks and acrobatic moves, if you want to go in to the champagne room then you will have to pay for those extra services. They're called tips but in a strip club you're paying for what you want.

You can't compare stripping to these other jobs where ppl expect to be tipped because the quality of their service is what should remain consistent for them to do their jobs. If everybody followed suit you'd have nurses and doctors, lawyers, etc. not doing their best cuz they know they're not going to get an extra tip from a customer/client.
And if they don't like how much they make they should just find another job.
They definitely should. Probably would be a whole lot more escorts and prostitutes in the game.

Nobody is forcing anyone to tip. However, nobody is forced to put themselves in situations where tipping is the norm.

Don't want to tip?
Stay home and eat grilled cheese with kool aid.
Just because something is the norm doesn't mean you have to do it. Tipping is not an entitlement. Nobody deserves to be tipped. It's solely up to the customer.

The worst that should happen to the common person if they return to an establishment where they didn't tip is the servers don't do their jobs as they're suppose to. Then there's also the scumbags who might do something to your food. For rich ppl, we get **** like this, where they're publicly ridiculed.

I just left a restaurant. Small authentic Mexican place. Bill for 2 came to 23. I tipped 5 and kept it moving. I guess I'm a cheap skate huh lol

I can't believe another one of these stories. The self entitlement from these waiters is disgusting.

These waiters feel entitled especially if its a celebrity... like do your job and if a good tip comes it comes... be professional

I don't know why these waiters/waitresses expect some big money tip outta them just cause they served their table. If michael jordan gives valets 4 quarters as a tip they better not expect a 20% tip out of a 25k bill

Dat break down doe....
my dude broke that **** ALL the way down

I personally think you should always tip, unless you have horrible service. I normally tip 15-25% depending on where I ate, how much the bill was, and most importantly service.

Some of those people truly rely on tips. (I doubt that is her case) but I've heard that some waiters make 2-3 dollars an hour, and everything else they collect is strictly from tips.

She trying to get on [emoji]128527[/emoji] this ain't your waitress at Dennys making 2.25 a hour ol girl probably banking.

They're so used to taking home good money everyday off tips from regular citizens they expect to make a come up off of celebs/athletes :smh:

Damn shame

She says it's especially maddening because some of the people in Floyd's entourage -- including Jamie Foxx -- were throwing money at random girls who were twerking on stage

Nguyen says she's been struggling with 2 jobs and the recent death of her father ... but she didn't walk walk away empty-handed. She says security guards felt so sorry for her they scooped up a few bucks the twerkers left behind and gave it to her.
