Air Jordan 5 Retro- White/Metallic Silver Releasing April 4, 2015

I was at ftl earlier and I was lookin to get oval laces for these but I wasnt sure if I should grab the 36"or the 40+" laces for the 5s
 
10/8/14 - 11/12/14 production date shoes from nike.com is this normal? Why mine is earlier than others and 1month gap only? Shouldn't be like 2-3months gap on dates?

You bought it from Nike? Then don't worry about it. The dates are fine

finally got mine from EB...good lord they are wild! super clean and solid. shout out to whoever brought up that glitch for 165 shipped. from a distance i swear they peruvian flake

The tumbled leather on mine is insane. Mine came out very nice. Sucks you didn't get a better pair.
 
Leather on mine are far better than the Laneys I have. So much softer.
 
You shouldn't be concerned about differing production dates, absolutely nothing to worry about. I have two pairs of Chicago Xs, one from Footlocker and one from East Bay, both have different production dates.

I know about differing production dates.. I'm just surprised that my metallic have a 1 month gap production 10/8/14-11/12/14 compare to my other kicks that is 2-3 months gap production date..
 
anyone know the length of the laces for the 5s ..coz i wanna cop some oval laces for them just dont know what length to buy
 
The leather on these breaks in very soft once worn. Give them some time. The "leather"on the laneys does not break in no matter how much time you give them.
 
I somehow sold my 11.5 and copped a size 12 that was just sitting on this site I use. Thank F! These sizing is playn with me man! Same thing happened on oreo/Columbia 4 but got stuck with the size I was trying swap. Am I then only one finding the remastered series has a different mould or sizing? them the most recent retros of them modesl?
 
^ me too. When I checked them out in store they had like a size 14 on display so I was like, ehh, nice materials but I can't do it.
