Man I had this **** yesterday after I ate but it went away (I think after I pee'd) It didn't come back until I ate like 10-20 minutes ago and it really hurts when I laugh, try to lay on my side, bend over, or walk straight up. OMG what's going??? You guys think I have galstones??? OMG my life would crumble if that was the case. I hope that's not it. Should I drink some water??? (Typically I drink at least 70 oz a day. But only drank like 14-16 so far today). Would that help?? Please this **** is really killing me. Yall think its because of what I ate??

Last night right before the pain occurred - brats (3) and lots of fries

Today - BBQ Rib Shaped Pork Pattie Sandwiches (3) and some Doritos (them Street Taco ones)

well If you cant go to a doctor for a while then so be it. What you're going through sounds like you have gall stones... but please, dont take my word for it.

If do have gall stones they're triggered from having too much saturated fat stored up in the gall bladder and foods like what you have listed are really high in sat. fat.

One of the things that keeps me straight on my diet / life change is that i had gall stones back in 2010.... had to go to the ER :smh:

Eat some lean meats (chick breast, turkey, etc), up your fibrous carb intake (whole grains), and most importantly, stay away from foods that are high in saturated fat (cheese, cream, whole milk, 80/20 beef, high marbled steak, processed meats like sausages, top ramen, etc)

If ur about the soda life u may wanna just give that a rest too.

Drink a gallon of water a day (128 ounces... u said u normally do ~70 so you're definitely on the right track)

Unfortunately, the painful gall stone "attacks" are only ended by time. The gall bladder can only do its job "so fast" and when the job aint doing fast enough the stones are pushed out to the walls of the gallbladder... hense the pain. As the gallbladder does its thing and the bile gets going, the pain will be relived.

Stay safe OP... I still live with my gall stones, but i changed my life to be healthier so i dont encounter the "attacks"

Go to WebMD. There diagnosis are ALWAYS accurate. Whatever comes up is DEFINITELY what you have. Plan accordingly. You might not even have to go to the doctor because you might already be terminal. Good luck.

No problem man... Just step up the nutrition and you'll feel better, living pain free.

Make the high fat meals a special occasion, not the regular occurrence.

I still hit up a cheeseburger and love ribs... just keep it to a minimum.

either way the doctor is probably going to check your prostate so mentally prep for that
