Yo realtalk, New York may be the worst city ever

NY skyline ain't been the same since the twin towers fell

Yall just can't let things be what they are. Us folks on NT over analyze everything until it means absolutely nothing.

Born in LA, raised in LA, more than likely going to die in LA. But I still fall in love with New York every single time I visit. The feeling I get crossing over the bridge after landing in JFK is similar to the one I get landing in LAX and hitting that 105w freeway till I'm home.

Houston is nice but please keep that city out of the conversation when the big dogs are talking.

NYC, great place to visit, wouldn't live there in a million years.

LA and Cali >>>>>*

Kids disrespcting history. Pay attention in school. NY is the financial capital of thr world. They took the title from London. Now, somewhere in China, maybe Shanghai will be the next.

Still, NY is probably one, if not the most iconic city ever.

This is the reason why NYC is a non-productive, dog eat dog sinkhole where everyone who's not in finance is thankful to eat wall street's table scraps and boast about it. That's prob the worst thing about NY though.

Whatever you saw breh, just know Brooklyn is becoming the NEW silicone valley, again you have no idea what my profession is, or how I impact New York. Secondly why would you diss New York as being the financial center, then pride Texas' Fortune 500's? You're lost breh.

Are you mad because you live in Dallas in with no options orr you can't afford New York?
Too high of a cost of living to sustain a start-up culture in Brooklyn, yes you can recruit talent but as far as quantity, Austin and Dallas actually are much better cities to start a company.

Any of the major cities that are thrown into this discussion are "great" if you have the money.

It just depends on what you value because not one city is perfect when you consider everything

I've been spoiled by living in CA most of my life so NYC gets downgraded majorly as a potential long term place to live just off weather

New York scored around 20% of the vote for best food. California and Louisiana get honorable mentions.
Max: New York, 305 of 1603 votes, 19%

That’s what you get, Texas, for always pulling the “We can leave America whenever we feel like it” card.
Max: Texas, 167 of 1581 votes, 11%

America is pretty down to mess with Texas on anonymous surveys.
Max: Texas, 301 of 1422 votes, 21%

For food

Its Cali and New York EASILY

I dont know who edges the other out, its close.

Just checked out the page with that info on it. NY has the best and worst sports fans

The best goes to any state in the midwest imo. They are followed like religions here. Especially the Cubs, White Sox, Bulls, Bears, Vikings, and Packers. Which is no surprise with how ****** most of the midwest is.

Cali got the most overrated

They also got the hottest residents apparantly (tho I highly doubt it)

Have you been to Cali?

I tell people no but technically yes but far before I was old enough to take interest in girls. Tho even an 11 year old boy notices that. It was the Bay, not SoCal.

If I had enough experience to say Cali doesn't have the hottest women I would have simply said it as a fact.

Lol at Toronto being brought up.

It's funny though cuz that's just how great NYC is, a lot of imitation, and world wide reputation.

From a foreigner perspective,If you never been to NYC, it's a place you want to visit. Ands that's anywhere in the world. It represents the United States to a lot of the outside world. Those same people, about half would know LA. Maybe if you said Hollywood, they would know it.

However that was accomplished, media, movies, songs it doesn't matter if it's real. NYC is legendary to outsiders.
