The Nike Lebron 12 isn’t the other sneaker to feature the new hexagonal Nike Zoom Air unit, as we now present the Nike Zoom Hypercross Trainer. This new trainer is decked out in a full flashy Volt color scheme that will be debuting on October 10th, 2014. Retail price tag is set at, $140 USD.

The Nike Zoom Hypercross Trainer brings legendary zoom cushioning to a training shoe that can handle it all. Born from over a quarter century of innovation and passion in designing cross training footwear, the Zoom Hypercross Trainer is a phenomenally capable tool for the athlete who brings intensity, power and obsession to every workout.

Cannot wait to get these, more practical for me than the Lebrons. Gonna wait to see the other CW's though, tiring of the volt.

Need these, been waiting for the next great zoom trainer after the revis and OG flyknit trainer.

Seriously loving these. Question for the guys that wear trainers often... how are they as a running shoe? I now live on a 3/4 mile gravel driveway that I run back and forth on a few times a day.

Look good but not in the volt. May grab a pair when a more appealing colorway drops

Im so freakin tired of volt, seriously

It really really depends on the trainer man. They are so many different kinds but typically I don't personally use trainers for running because of my stability needs but if you have a flat foot and just need cushioning, some will do. But the gravel will probably wear down any rubber on a trainer as the compounds used are usually a lot softer than on a true runner that has a BRS 1000 carbon rubber outsole.

Me too

My bro works for Nike and they are basically conditioned to think of volt as a neutral color like black or white

hmmmm cant front those first 6 colorways are wack IMO

The volts would be great if they were electric green, that Grinch colorway :pimp:

yeah those initial colors are :x need something simple like wolf grey and some blue accents or something.

An all red.....or red/silver based color way and I'm good. The color placement on those first 6 color ways.....just looks off (as if its too top or bottom heavy....not balanced if you understand what I mean)

I like the design of the shoe though....looking forward to them (hope they can be iDed.....I can't see Nike not giving that option)

Very interested to try these out.  Not overly excited about the CW options but I'll check them out - this color blocking looks to be Nike's new deal as it is on their soon to be released first official crossfit training shoe too.  If you look at the Hypercross design it is similar just without as much blocking.
