I really can't understand the system how can anyone overlook what she did and lock this dude up? She admitted it in text messages, and on the video. To be honest dude didn't give her 1/4 of what she truly deserved.

there was another incident where a guy was with his son and new girl at this crib. His BM came to get the kid and was mad his new girl was with the son. she started hitting him, and I think he hit her back but they have video footage of her assaulting him first. She leaves and calls the cops and he is in jail.

In this situation he should absolutely not hit her.

If he wants custody of his seed he has to be the straightest lace the government ever seen. Women have absolute advantage in custody battles.

And even if the court don't like her, if he hits her they probably wont like him either and place the child with a relative or foster care.

Im really hoping this man gets his son and the law goes after this trash they call biological mother.

Agree to an extent. You can't whoop her ***, then call the cops for her beating your son. The way I see it; he had 3 options:

1. call the police. document everything.
2. kill her. not even joking.
3. get your ratchet female cousins to tune her up. then go to court for custody.

Im not an expert, and very well could be wrong; but I think you can put property up as collateral in lieu of cash. So her mama/girlfriend/man/pimp could put a car title up.
