Once I finish up school and have some cash saved, I'm looking to move to Albuquerque. I'd be the first in the family to move more than 3 states away

October 2nd I will he driving cross country to south Carolina, I also have about 3k for music equipment so I can start recording, I'm so hyped, this move couldn't of come at a better time, my job is pissing me off, I work for a casino who spends money on nonsense but not upgrading its sound system and whatnot, then they wonder why this place will never be Vegas.
why SC for a music move...

Why not Atlanta
im not moving there because of music, im moving there because we have nice free place to live at,

we saved a nice little chunk to live off while my girl looks for some work, i will be chillin making music.

you can make music anywhere, it doesnt take long to send something out pleighboi.

if you are great at your craft you can do it from the comfort of your home.

thats where people get it twisted, that you need to be in these certain cities to make it as a musician, if you are good at what you do who cares where you live.

everyones doing the same thing nowadays, who can make the next hottest booty beat..

music for single mothers to twerk to, while kids eat fried baloney, that baloney with that bump in the middle.

it's all year around. Minutes zero degree weather and all.
You're either hauling crude oil, sand or water to and from the oil wells.
Dirty job, extreme weather and long hours.. But $80k, benefits etc.

@mytmouse76
Yes, that same place
Strippers and even people working dead end jobs are doing great. 18$hr at mcdonalds

Oh I was just saying because I'm out here and it's not a lot of moves to make as far as musically, so I'm bout to make this move to Atlanta.

But I feel you, and it was dumb of me to assume you're automatically trying to make urban music.

Ditching my corporate job and lifestyle to move to the south , and buy a farm. This way I can be with the family I work hard to provide for, and break out of this flawed Babylonian system. Im gonna combine my marketing skills with my buds farming skills and we will sell quality meats, and produce. He already moved in August set up shop, made connects has a nice client base in place. Ima come down and expand on that network and push it as far as it can go. So I will be working with friends I love, enjoying actually watching my kids grow up, teach them life skills and character qualities, and feed them real quality food.It will be some serious work, but it will be seriously worth it.

basically you have to find a wrestling school and sign up. the best idea is to find one with a reputable name and someone who's been where you want to be (WWE). I moved to Houston to attend Reality of Wrestling, which is Booker T's wrestling school. I haven't signed up yet, but once I change jobs I'll be able to finally start.

For the most part they have information on their websites, but definitely wherever you plan to go, check it out first. I knew RoW was the place for me once I went and saw the facility.

Take the GRE this week. Applications for grad schools start next week to be a nurse practitioner. October military announces new benefits, and I'll try to get into the reserves. Final interview with Apple in Nor cal in two weeks. New job and grad school hopefully in near future

Finally getting ready to move from Vegas back to DC, been gone waaay too damn long...

Not dumb at all actually I wouldn't be surprised if I ended up there, I worked the Janelle monae show and her band and crew were some of the coolest nicest peeps I've ever met,
They were all from ATL.

I make hip hop but nothing like what's popular.

Leaving my fathers company, to go back to work for the government to do what I love. Moving 1000+ miles from big city Houston to a small town Chambersburg, Pa.

Starting up my city carrier assistant job at the post office in a couple of weeks. Moving on from residential care. I simply can't do the group home stuff anymore. These kids will not take heed to any advice from anybody. They disrespect & assault staff. They will have to learn the hard way. My mother always said "no one is hopeless, son." After being here for a year & a half, I would beg to differ..

Originally from the NJ/NYC area. Me and my girl graduated college last year with Finance/Marketing degrees. We saved up while working/going to school full-time our final college year, and then went traveling. We backpacked through Central America and Europe. Great experience, I would definitely recommend it, such a worthwhile thing to do. We were able to visit 27 countries throughout the backpacking trip.

So then we came home broke. We wanted to get away from the NYC area for a bit, so I took a job here in the Dallas area. Getting paid well, and we plan to save up for this year and do it all again. Next trip we're planning will be Asia. :smokin
