Actually both PayPal and ebay changed it to $750 now
 
^ something is off, :nerd: no signature confirmation and paypal doesn't give you $#^$ back ever. You didn't follow
protocol and you still win the dispute..wtf???

Kinda on topic, but did anyone see that they've changed the dispute timeframe for buyers from 45 to 180 days? 6 damn months!! That's crazy.
 
Long as tracking shows delievered to confirmed address youre fine i think.
 
OP don't listen to anybody.  This just happened to me about a month ago and I won the case.  I shipped to the confirmed address and I didn't use signature confirmation.

So much wrong info, like others said as long as you have proof you shipped to confirmed address pp will cover you. You do not need sig. Happened to me and pp released the funds back to me without any problems once I proved shipped and delivered.

both ebay and paypal changed it to where items $750 and over require signature confirmation.

BUT, if you are selling you might as well still pay for it so you dont have issues. kids are scum bags these days, anything over $250 im still paying for it because they dont know about the change most likely. Id rather pay $1.50 or w/e extra and not have to deal with this chargeback/claim crap beause dude thinks hes gonna get a free item.
 
Chargebacks can take 75-80 days so you have to be patient but i've had two chargebacks filed against me and i won both of them because of proof that i sent through paypal, just make sure you have everything tracking, emails, any kind of discussion with the buyer. And give it to paypal. They will then decide if the chargeback is worth challenging but once they decide to challenge it you will have to wait on the days i mentioned above. But i have no issues with it as i have won two so far. Some buyers will try to scam you all you have to do is have solid proof and patience and your good.
