Nike Roshe Run Sneakerboot "Boxtrolls" with Pics

I've been watching the various Boxtrolls social media accounts since the movie was announced for details on what shoe they would be releasing in conjunction with the film (I had my money on an Air Raid themed shoe).  This weekend Laika started dropping images.  I'm really hoping to be able to get my hands on a pair of these to go with my Coraline Dunks and Paranorman Foamposites from the previous Laika films, the movies are great and the Nike connection is just a bonus.  Anyway, i couldn't find a thread for this yet, so i figured i would start one.  Here are images from the Boxtrolls Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts that i have found, definitely looks like a Roshe Run Sneakerboot to me, which hopefully will result in them not being as hyped as the foams:

deff cant wait to see more pics when they come out. I LOVE all laika films and i was fortunate enough to win a pair of paranormans.

but i will say whatever shoe it is this will not be an easy cop at all.

I hope so, but it seems they switched the numbers between the auctions and the giveaway for this movie, so i am not sure.  The Paranorman contest had 800 to give away for the contest and 80 in auction.  I think there are 644 mens sizes available in the auctions and 144 for the giveaway.  

If anyone hears of anyone getting DMs it would be great to hear in this thread.

Seems like not a lot of ppl are entering. For the Normans people were submitting every 5 mins for this it's like 2 an hour if that. Weird

That makes 2 of us got the DM as my icon lol. Just wish I had the coralines that be a sick lil collection

Oh yeahforsure I'm not complaining at all just sayin.

These are gonna be much harder considering only 144 but it's evened out cause not even 10 percent of the ppl who did the foams are doing this so idk well see whatsup

I was thinking this as well.  The other thing is that if you actually read the rules, almost half of those submitted don't meet the defined rules of the contest.  Hopefully it leaves enough to go around for those who are putting in work and following the rules.

Still have seen nothing about anyone getting DMs via twitter, it seems they may be waiting until the end.  Good luck everyone!

@alp  hahaha, The Coralines i picked up for about $200 before shoes were "cool" and i really lucked out on the Paranorman contest.  I've been working with my daughter and we have been putting in work on our cardboard projects for these. :smile:

that's a steal on those coralines. I remember that competition but it was confusing to me, something about the end credits. prices aren't too crazy on those even now, some pairs on ebay for around 500 (no 13 though). ima probably send in another entry or two for these and see what happens.
 
These Are starting to build up on price...

10's and 10.5 are in the 600-700 range MY GAWD!
