Does the third breast work like a normal breast? Like can she breastfeed 3 kids? Like how in the world can doctors engineer a whole nother breast on to your chest shouldn't there be like veins and stuff running to the tissue to keep the skin alive??

No, it doesn't work - there's no plumbing and the nipple isn't real.

It's still her skin - just an implant under the skin and subcutaneous fat like any other implant. The blood supply was there already.
