For a mans shoe: Take a women's size and minus 1.5. So if she's a 7, you need a 5.5 in males.
Vice versa. Add 1.5 if its a women's shoe. So if its a women's 10.5, add 1.5 to make it a 12 if a dude wants a women's shoe.
