Hello.

I am interested in buying Jordans IV BRED. I found something and i would like to ask you if they are real or fake, please?

THANKS in advance!

fakes my friend, easy way to tell is the two week production date, can you get pics of the wrapping paper? no size tags? some fishy things right there.

@kixrx what do you mean by "two week production date"?
Can anyone else post your opinion?

If you look at the dates on the size tag, he meant that the those 2 dates that are shown are 2 weeks apart. On legit pairs the dates are usually months apart. Like for example, from 8/12/12 - 10/20/12.

Yea shoes don't usually ever have a two week production run and the fakes out there are notorious for using it for the size tag

Personally I couldnt fail these solely based on production dates..This is a general tell but not definitive.. Ive personally seen 100% legit shoes with short prod dates.. The shoes look good to me aside from the tongues looking a tad short, which is by the way a tell for fake 4s in general. They dont show the normal choppy tongues, sloppy tongue tags, fat collars etc of a lot of fake 4s..

OP could you post a shot of the bottom of your box, the size tag on the box, a shot of the black plastic inside the box, as well as a good side shot of the shoe.

Sometimes I write and assume people can read my mind   I should've been more specific.  This particular size date I've seen for the high end fakes.  I mentioned after about the paper as that is an easy tell for the 4's as well.  On top of it, the lack of size stickers is pretty fishy as well given that these are a US release.  So those two factors (size tag and lack of size stickers) made it questionable for me on those pictures alone.

no problem bro, I wasnt arguing more like just adding another opinion... Yeah the 2 week dates are DEF not a good sign as well as the insole stickers missing..Those with the short tongues are all bad signs. However I just wanted to be 100% sure for OP.

Here you have photos you asked for

Photo of tongue with "on feet" effect(when the toebox and tongue aren't concave)

I think these are legit as well. There's nothing really off about this pair aside from the production dates? Normally there would be a few obvious signs.

I'm gonna pass these as legit. I don't see anything that jumps out at me on this pair..Wait for a few other opinions though.

I agree

materials and construction are on point. usually the nubuck on the fakes is pretty bad and obvious tell.

id say based on box, tissue, and especially the kicks. these are legit

Yeah man.. I dont see anything here but missing insole stickers and short prod dates. I cant fail them based on that alone..I cant explain it either OP, but I wouldn't sweat it personally.

PS Since none of the sellers pix are tagged just MAKE SURE if you buy them, the pair pictured are the ones you receive. An please remember to pay with PP or a CC.. NO MONEY ORDERS!!

I will pass these as legit as well. overall looks good, nothing stands out as outrageously wrong

i retract my last statement, i just compared the dots under waffle tabs of my niketown pair and the pair above dots are a bit too small

My Verdict:
I say these are the Grey Market/unauthorized fake pairs which resemble as close as the authentic as possible. Between the 2 week product date, and the waffle tab dots, thats what i think they are

OP, can you get a closeup of the paper? also can you take a pic of behind the price tag? the paper should be a glossy garbage bag like material with many heavy perforations.  Behind the price tag it should be yellow.  Unfortunately, I've seen awesome jordan 4 breds, when they first dropped.  Ever since then I guess they can't get the proper velvety nubuck to make em.  If it has the proper paper and the yellow behind the sticker, i'd pass it based off seeing so many variations of the perfect fake bred 4's.  Also, is there a stamp under the box lid? can you take a pic of it?
