Cats don't realize that releases like this are how you build relationships to ensure future releases. Dudes just jump into threads asking for oops...that's now how it works. You always lose when you take the short money over the long money.

We'll all see it on Saturday. Dudes will post pics with 5 pairs and other dudes will jump on the d asking to be PM'd. Look for a way to help instead of hoping to be hooked up. It always comes back around.

I also wish people would understand that being nice to employees and being a regular customer who buys more than shoes will help you out a lot more. I've seen people walk into stores and don't even speak to employees-they just ask "where's the raffle"? I'm pretty sure that's going to have the raffle drawer thinking twice if your name gets drawn. I'm not saying they remember everyone, but if you knew these were dropping then you could've been building relationships long before.

You're kidding right? If the employee and his friend are acting suspicious about the raffle in the public eye he has every right to complain upon conspiracy. The person I quoted should have just as much of a chance to the shoe as you and I have. I dont care if this is the first pair he has ever tried to get or if this is the 500th raffle someone has entered.

If someone burns down your house I would assume you wouldn't report it to the police because snitches get stitches.

if you just think of it as paying resell early then it's not as bad. 320 to not have to run around for tickets, worry about rigged raffles, get into bed with the atc folks, sit in front of your screen half the morning

I know this is a bit much to ask but let's try just discussing the shoes instead of quarrels amongst each other. This is not a good way to introduce all these new folks to NT.
 
After reading this thread last night I thought about these shoes in my sleep. I'm anxious.. I'm tryna get two pairs maybe 3. Pizza party for the whole crew lol

I went to social status for Barkley posite area 72 idk but something told me go to north lake so I left went there and the mall was just opening I went too DTLR and they had pairs left so the lady asked what size if yours wasn't left security escorted you away I got lucky and got 3 12's
 
Man, I honestly thought these would be easier to cop than last week's black/red 11 low release (with the exception of the red sockliner) because it was an 11 and that's what most people need to hear in order to cop. I entered three raffles for the black/red 11 low's, accepted one pair, told the person who called me for the second that I didn't need the shoe because I didn't want to be greedy since I had already gotten a call from another place. But now I'm nervous about these, even though I managed to find a way to put in four raffles for these. Who knows, maybe I'm wrong and these won't be so difficult and I'll be able to cop at least a pair. But, the Launch locators looking pretty scarce and my local Champ's not getting them when they get almost everything my local H.O.H gets one way or another even if some of the more limited shoe's release as first come first serve got me paranoid. Who knows, maybe I'm wrong and these will be easy or I'll at least get a pair, but all I'm hoping for right now is one call :smh:
 
I was wondering if the heads who where saying " easy cop " where just saying as a deterrent to get people to not try as hard.

Not as bad as the people saying $1,000.00 resale prices.

Those creatures are much worse - always in threads inflating prices then leave after the drop like a roach.
 
I ain't giving up just yet. Trying to hit my friend up if his uncle can hook me up. After that I'm done with Jordans.

I'll buy Vans instead

You happen to have the number? I would do it. I heard about raffles being rigged before, but that one was blatant. Dude filled out his oen raffle ticket (everyone else had their ticket filled out by an employee), had to show ID (he didn't), and had there ticket tossed in (the employee put his on the side of the box inside the bag). This was all done near the door too. Blatantly obvious that he was hooking up a friend.

I think someone said Kix or Sobesole is shipping tomorrow or Friday.
 
Put in on 4 raffles..will try one guaranteed ticket spot on Friday and what ever happens happens..retail or nothing
 
I have three raffle tickets from three different stores and four Shiekh Shoes online raffles. Hopefully I get one. All I need is one pair. Due to the bad weather here in Houston on Monday night into Tuesday morning I couldn't make it to additional raffles on Tuesday. Plus I was stuck at work.
 
The bad weather actually made it easier for me to move around yesterday...no traffic was nice...i even hit willowbrook...got 3 men tickets in that one mall...7 total....7 shiekhs too...

Good morning people...most of is will eat.. Some might get a whole pizza, some just a slice and unfortunately some might not eat.
