Bottom line is I'm still about $350-$400 under current market value with what I paid and I think if I wait 6 months I'm looking at paying $500-$600 a pair which I won't do. $350 is about the most I'd pay for any shoe, retail or resale. Just my own standard that works for me, my income, etc. I've also moved 6 pairs out of my collection this month for about $250 in profit and more in total than I spent.

Out with the old in with the new. I never knew why people assume those who pay resell maybe used older pairs to fund said purchase

its quality over quantity for me. i choose variety in the rotation and the extra $ i have to spend, i would buy other nikes/js like trainers and my top 2 favorite j's IV and VI.

its also nice to see dudes with 1 pair each of previous retroes and ogs than those with like multiples of 1 kind of shoe that released on 1 date.

I feel good about this release considering how bad it started on release day. I had no pairs and now I have 3 lol. and didn't pay over 300 for a pair. Not half bad, if I can cop sbb I'll be satisfied till Aqua 8s probably one of my top 3 Jordan's. I'm chilling :smokin

I don't need old shoes sitting in my collection. I had the 94's and the 13's (which I gladly got out of my possession last winter). Physical space is at a premium for me with so many pairs and I'm done with old, worn out shoes serving as some trophy/testament to how OG I am.

I could keep em around to stunt in photos but I never collected for recognition or cause of what anyone else thought.

i got both 99 ivs 2000 na 6 and 01 black cement 3 solely for collection purposes even if they crack/chip. we know that pre 2005 something quality was good to a point. if i find a reallllly good authentic professional restoration service i might bring them back to life. the 2013 88 3's were ok but nothing like the og 88.

This dude in my FB group got a size 13 for $350. Nobody's biting. I'm a wait for a couple weeks and try to get it for $300. 1s are slept on in my city

Honestly seriously I feel really bad for the New York fans of Jordan 1s, Jordan's and other releases was peeping on a dude on IG fez kicks, hkc_nyc and more holmes be buying out every release damn may the sneaker gods be on your side seriously.

if every nike jordan release were sold thru nt and ns I dont see much issues. problem is not every state or country got one or the other

Aren't they Chicago 1.5 ..with that sole and fatter Nike swoosh?
Or are they Chicago 1s with some pieces of white tape on the white midsole?
