I wouldn't go that far. Royal leather is just fine. Natural creases and not stiff at all. It's like all of a sudden, the 2013 run of 1's is DMP leather or something to y'all.

The quality is relevant when people are saying "this is good leather" and "this is bad leather" when they're both subpar. The price you're bringing up isn't.You get better leather in honda accords than these sneakers. I don't know why people are so impressed

How? Quality is relative, and relative to other similiar shoes at similiar price points released in the past this is better leather, that is quantifiable. It has been discussed by others.
You bringing up the seats of a car that cost significantly more than these shoes and no one has compared the leather to is the only irrelevant thing here. It has only been discussed by you...

The leather on the 2013 Jordan 1's just looks really stiff in comparison to these, almost plasticy. I'd just really like to see a pair of royals that are similar to banneds or chicagos. It is definitely funny with every release people are saying it's so much better than the last. Not sure if it's just resellers building hype, but I've read a few people already talking about how the shattered backboards are so much better than the chicagos hahaha. Like those are old news now haha.

Someone please throw me an oop...have some sympathy. I'm down 225 after being screwed by a co-worker...I should of known better but now I need an authentic pair. Can't settle. I have a sz 11 in sights for 420 I'll go check out later. Like I said I'm already down 225....a pair in the 3's would be greatly appreciated. Who ever wants em for comparisons they can be yours for a lead to a reasonable authentic pair sz 11 or 11.5 please PM me

That is I. I don't observe shoes that closely, to be honest. I put the shoes on and that's about it. Not sure how this is related to me saying comparing leather in a car to shoes though. That's like comparing a home to a napkin.

I bring up the car seats because honda accord leather isn't the best, and leather on the 1s isn't even as good as it, so comparison of quality between colorways isn't really important when they have minimal difference and still not good. As long as its not the plastic/shiny leather that JB used to crank out years ago, just be grateful.
