@PleaseSayTheBaby23 yeah. 1's have been the only shoe I've seen JB putting the effort in to be as OG and quality as possible. Seriously, thanks for the pics and info. Much appreciated

Anyone try kill someone's day and call out their fakes live in the flesh?
IMO not worth it because that guy will try to defend it to avoid public embarrassment (tho not doing a good job since he's rocking fakes). But if its at a sneaker event, better believe you'll be called out lol

Oh yes sneaker event you should be clowned. That's like a priest going to a porn convention.

Looks like no other retros will be released that same day.
That's not good

How exactly dor affles work? Are they free? When should I check on acquiring a raffle ticket?

They are free. You might want to acquire when they will start the raffles at your local stores the week before the release.

Raffles usually start on Monday's the week of the release, but some Sheikhs start it earlier. All you have to do is ask to enter the raffle(s) either by showing your ID and telling them your size and in return they will give you a raffle ticket, or by acquiring the raffle code from Sheikhs.

I got you ill list them so its easier to follow

1) call the stores before hand see if they are even getting the shoe, doing a raffle or first come first serve. Nothing is worse than going and finding out they aren't even doing one. Its free too

2) Find out the days at which they are holding the raffles and go in and get a ticket.

3) make sure you have id on you sometimes they ask for it if they don't know you ect and a working phone number.

4) wait until a couple of days before release drops and if you get no call you didnt get them but call to make sure.

5) if you won congrats but if you didnt the people who didnt want them or were late fore fit there pairs so ask when the time is to come in and get the shoes that weren't picked up

hoped that helped

^ I thought I had the early release cause my pair has a 1994 production, but yours are '85.

Probably fakes since the production dates are wrong. Nike doesn't make shoes until like 6-8 months before a release...

Breathe. Just kidding
