same here. this was my first jordan ever. i got them in 85 and skated the sh#t out of them

I know right? Especially considering some drive from state to state just to enter raffles. The negative stigma surrounding preorders needs to die.

I guess because they aren't "guaranteed" as most would say but what is these? I'd say it's a nice safety net to have while still in pursuit of a retail pair if you can fade it.

Now that they can see the Footaction and Footlocker maps, they can see that these aren't going to be all over like hares or XI's.

Muchless how difficult it's been this morning for a lot of people to get the XI's.

It's like groundhog day. All these new to NA threads keep coming in here saying the same thing.

You can't compare these to shadows or white and blacks, because of all the hypebeast who didn't even realize they were OG colorways. Everyone knows these are. So this release will be like the black and reds.
 
I'm in for these. At first I was gonna use the money for some black toe 1s. Call me crazy but Black Toe > Chicago. I just love the way more black accents the rest of the shoe. I like these and I'd figure I try for these at retail and hold off on black toes.

Well in all honesty you will probably be getting the black toes, this release is gonna be near impossible if you don't have a hook up or get lucky.

I'm not holding my breath bro but I look at it like if I was able to score LMs online manually, I have some chance in raffles and online.

if i somehow eat on the chicagos (not holding my breath) i would trade a pair of chicagos for blacktoes since thats all i need.
