Lol, is it as thick as OG leather?..heck no. Its thin imo, probably why the plastic reference to them, if it was as thick as aj3 leather than that'd be a different story.

I compared these to my Royal Highs for about 5 seconds. I snapped those photos while on break. They're a slightly lighter blue than the Royals and the leather is similar to the 2013 leather that was being used before the white/blacks. It would have been cool if these had the remastered-type materials or quality or whatever you want to call it.

I can post comparison shots later for those interested.

lol I see. Damnitttt. Cuz I actually dig a bit of the worn look on OG 1's with some creases here and there. Kinda sad to hear that these lows are nowhere close

Royals look nice. Seems lighter than 13 highs and closer to 01s. Leather looks exactly like bred lows. Black areas are not bad, but Royal toebox is plasticy

Yea it would have made more sense to use the same 30th anni box so they could be uniform. Jb is all over the place

Nice @Air Brock 5 ..i think the leather is just fine on these, i dont have the highs to compare em to.

You should get the highs though and sell these lows if you have them.

I guess ASW kept the breds lowkey. I copped mine asap then....Ppl talkin all bout the Royals tho...salty we didn't get the og box...chi 1 lows will look dope I'm sure we will get em not year

They took months and still didn't sell out

It's just that no some cares for lows... Which is a GREAT thing for us that love em
