What really bothers me about the show is that Cam is treated like a rookie. He's supposed to be a career journeyman who just got his first big contract.

Essentially, he's Demarre Carroll. But they treat him like he just got drafted top 5 and is trying to navigate the NBA waters.

Great point about Cam having no life, but that's boring television. Why make this type of show, if the main character has no life?? I want to see the main character go on adventures and interact with interesting characters.

The last episode was the first time Cam actually had some interaction with someone interesting. The drug dealing wannabe agent was hilarious. They should have him on the show more often... :lol:

That crazy Jewish money manager was just dumb and the 12 y/o pregnant girl??? WTF??

Exactly, but I'd switch out Damrre Caroll and insert 2012 James Harden. Young talented guard getting the chance to be the centerpiece of the organization.
 
^ Nah :lol: James Harden was a star HS / College player and went top 5 in the NBA Draft

Cam storyline is more Damrre Caroll or Courtney Lee TBH

Hardly anyone in the NBA was average in HS or College. Steve Nash was a lottery pick.

But there have been guys that were late 1st round picks, 2nd round or undrafted who had to grind to latch on with a team...and when they did..they eventually became solid rotational or good players.

Hassan Whiteside could be a good comparison too. Ben Wallace. There are a quite a few guys actually.

Yup this show and most of the characters suck ...only good thing is that it's on sat so ain't nothin else on :lol:

- cam acts like a lil kid, how he's supposed to be in the league for a couple years with NO life experience :smh:
-Reggie is the wettest of all blankets, everything negative with him
-the rest of the story lines are either stupid or outrageous
-Pam in a random love triangle

Cam's sister was making the talk show rounds last week.

Show has been renewed for Season 3 already.
 
I thought it was just me that felt this way about the show :lol:

Season one had potential, but this season has been pretty bad

Three star player, who had a nondescript period at UCLA, but was a top five pick based on potential

Gilbert Arenas might fit better
 
Show sucks, i need that thick white joint though. I can't even buy dude as straight anymore after that saucy strut, the cues are so obvious now.
 
Me and my wife just remembered that we were behind on watching this, after reading the comments, not sure I care about the show anymore :lol:
