I'm gonna start off by saying I love all people and cultures....BUT......

The other half of the floor I work is IT and strategy, and about half of the people in those departments are Indian....again, I love everybody, but I swear them dudes heat up some of the FOULEST smelling food on the planet earth.

Last week somebody microwaved something that smelled like hairy, sweaty, after the club vagina mixed with rotten cabbage

I literally opened the door into the kitchen and said "what the ****?"

There needs to be a whole session on food you shouldn't warm up in the office.
Establish a microwave policy.

No poverty meals.
How you tell a ***** not to save money?

you gon f around and get sent to HR lmao

Indian food smells delicious to me. I worked with a lot of Indians at my last job and they kept our back room smelling heavenly. I'd be more angry if they didn't offer me any.

Buddy of mine got let go from his job once and ordered in Indian as a **** you to the workplace

He wasn't escorted off the premises after being dismissed? Interesting.

I work with a group of folks from Southern Europe so all this office food etiquette went out the window day one.

Sadly i think this is something you just have to deal with or get up and leave.  You can't tell some one to not bring in smelly food.

You can't tell anyone NOT to bring in food that smells bad. If you do, you're walking that fine line between being employed and having HR on your ***.

On the other hand, you don't wanna be that person in the office bringing in last night's ackee/saltfish to microwave. :smh: No ******* bueno.

My supervisor brought some **** in AND burned it in the microwave the other day, smelled like sex panther in the office for an hour.

I have an intern from overseas and she makes some funky stuff but the last thing I am gonna do is tell her not to do it

This got me thinking, are the microwaves out on the floor at your workplaces? At mine, it's kept in the supplies room so even if someone heated up something nasty in there, it wouldn't be as bad since you wouldn't be in the supply room for too long.

It wasn't a go into office, told he is fired kind of thing. His whole team was told they would be let go at the end of x month a while in advance
