I'm really close to buying a car in Miami but would need to get it shipped to LA. Anyone have any recommendations on a company or particular service they've used in the past. Thanks.

Get a pic of the odometer.

I had some ratchet hispanic guy who took the Benz for a joy ride and found empty Gatorade bottles in the car.

my bro sent his to my place (AZ to MI) it was like $800.

dont remember the company, but its done all the time.

Did Wa to Bmore, about 1100 dollars, when it arrived I was pretty hyped..:smokin cause I was going to sell my car
thinking I didn't need the whip in Bmore..smh. This was in August just to give you a reference of the climate/weather.
Just picked a company with not much research, I'm sure you can find information on the net with a reliable company.

First thing you want to do is have the title overnighted to you immediately after payment.

When it comes to shipping you can go with an open carrier (this is what I usually use) or a closed carrier if its a particularly valuable car. Closed carriers are more expensive, but it may be worth it to you depending on the vehicle.

Make sure to have the seller take lots of pictures right before shipment. Specifically ask for detailed pics of the front and rear bumpers, side skirts and any lower trim valances if applicable as these are the areas most likely to get damaged by improper loading.

what kind of whip are we talking?

I almost did this with a Toyota Supra back in 2001 but backed off because I didn't trust the person

Take a look at Realiablecarriers.com. They seem to be the heavily advertised at alot of classic car shows I have gone to.

Fly to Miami and drive it back to Cali. If it breaks down on the road bring it back for a refund.
