I can see resting players, but on the divisional game? Rest them against the Hawks. His choice.
 
This guy Popovich :lol: :smh: game 6...not game 47, game 65, or game 79, but game 6. Oh well, it's worked for them.

Ya who played or not, we match up well with the Spurs. Did last year as well. But good win. On to the splash brothers.
 
Good win tonight regardless of who did and didn't play. Feel like both teams healthy straight up, we'd still win. Pap didn't score, but it once again felt like he was all over the floor. I guess that's what buying into defense does. Howard & Harden dominated, Terry came up big off the bench, and Canaan had another solid game starting. Canaan's defense has been a welcome surprise, wasn't expecting that. D-Mo....his +25 is baffling as I hardly even noticed him on the floor unless something was going wrong. I guess everybody else was masking his deficiencies.

Pop knows what it is though :lol:. Come playoff time we will see about these Rockets. all this is fools gold till they win a series and take those big strides :wow:

Big game Saturday. Hopefully we can contain their little guys and get another W.

Also, I'm really looking forward to the game against the Grizzlies coming up soon as well. Curious to see how our offense performs against their defense.

Pop gets a pass for this but it's BS. the fans pay to see the starters not the dudes on the bench.

Secondly if I was a coach I'd be pissed. Duncan and Ginobli ain't 50, they can play in a back to back 5 games in. This is about strategy. Pop doesn't want to give teams he sees as threats an opportunity to go head to head with his full squad. Scouting a team and actually playing a team are two way different things. I'd hold my guys out every time I played the spurs if I was McHale or any other Western Conference coach.


Lastly, I thought losing Lin wasn't going to affect the Rockets but I thought losing Parsons would...Ariza makes Houston a better team IMO

Can't wait to see this team in person for the first time this season against the Warriors tommorrow night.

A little antsy about this GSW game tonight. I think we can take it, but the play level has to raise even higher. Howard and the bench both have to be a major factor tonight, cause I think GSW may have the best bench in the NBA, if not top 5
 
Good news it we've taken care of business against the teams we absolutely should beat, so it's not like the sky is falling if we lose l, especially with missing 2 starters.
 
Ahhhh man this is ***, just saw that Howard is "out with flu-like symptoms". Morey pulling a Pop
