I watched the equalizer and I was baffled that none of the bad guys called Denzel the n word.

I was internet searching about it. Then I found a story about Denzel being called the n word in real life at his hotel.

While he was in boston filming Equalizer.

Short story even shorter, that led me to this video of Paul Mooney.

All I'm saying is that it's blatantly obvious that the movie made that word seem like it didn't exist.

Lol I was surprised the N word wasnt flinged around in The Equalizer too. With all the unrealistic stuff in that movie the fact that a bunch of Russian mobsters getting frustrated with a black man & didnt use the N word once caught me off guard.

I'm not saying it's right/wrong that the n word wasn't in the film. I'm just saying that I noticed it. I found it to be funny.

Imagine in the future when society gets so PC, that when movies are set in the 50-60s the n word isn't uttered.

Not to mention states like tx that are already trying to soften the brutality of what happened back then.

By changing words in their history books like slavery to involuntary work.

There's a video game called The Walking Dead. You play a black guy who has to take care of a girl. Who is obviously not his daughter.

Very early on, the race of your character has an impact on how other characters of the game view you and how play the game.

The pic above is an example of that aspect of the game. A white character asks you why that child is with you.

It's a great game, if you're interested.

i too noticed that the word wasnt used... found it odd but I guess they had some kinda reason for it.

Been saying Liam and Denzel keep making the same movies over and over again lol. I think that if they did dona movie together it would have the potential to be really good.

Denzel has had a lil more variety in recent times then we give him credit for tho...Flight and American Gangster come to mind
