California is nicknamed the Golden State, so that means all of the Kings, Lakers & Clippers fans just won an NBA championship. Congrats Cali!

Unless there's something else out there, all I heard was David Lee thanking GS fans for being so loyal that they sold out games on a Thursday night against the Sacramento Kings (emphasis his). If that's it, people are reading too much into it. Losing teams don't traditionally draw crowds. I don't take it as a personal shot.

Do tickets given away or donated count as sold tickets?

Because I think since Vivek has taken over there's been an increase of that and that would directly pump up he attendence #s

Not necessarily  plenty of times I've been at games where they announced the number of "attendance" that appears to be a lot more than people there

is that where the rumors of him being on the trade block came from?

dudes in the NBA thread so thirsty for the Kings to remain a joke

lol nah, nothing bad in the interview. He just talks about how he loves to interact with the kids at his camp. He doesn't wanna be one of the guys that puts his name on the camp but the kids never see him.

He even said "it's easily a place to call home for me" when he was being asked about Sacramento and how it's kind of lowkey compared to bigger cities

tbh, I would say most players could somewhat appreciate (or come to appreciate) the lowkey feel of Sacramento compared to the big cities...

Just none of the top upper echelon players

He's also in a good mood in the interview.

Also he held the camp for free for all the kids and he donated 27k for new scoreboards for sac highschool :pimp:

I'm contemplating going to a draft party.... but I don't want people to see me drunkenly crying after we trade Boogie and #6 for Lawson or some crap
