DC - Team for some reason trying extremely hard to acquire a starting PG (even if it's a washed up, injury prone, cancerous, quitter, that can't shoot jumpers or free throws)

Yea I thought I was going crazy. I thought DC proved himself to be a more than legitimate starter last year. Really don't understand why we want to have him riding the bench behind Ty or Rondo or whoever else is a FA/on the trading block.
 
it's senile George. He's all about the run n gun. Loves running 2 PG's together. Loves smallball. wants to recreate his mediocre Nuggets

Vivek making the maloofs look like great owners day by day :lol: at least we have a decent run in the beginning with the magoofs
 
Maloofs just ran out of money and started trying to move and then sell for their own financial benefit. Basketball wise they were 1000000000000000x better than Vivek

I'm glad I've never gone to the Palms and given the Maloofs any money.

Why would you build a multi-billion dollar hotel/casino off strip? What a bunch of ding dongs.

the Palms is so far off the strip (a mile, but still), you pretty much have to go out of the way to even get there

i mean yea compared to throwing crazy contracts at a guy with a blown out achilles and a shot chucking Monta, it's solid.  He is instantly the best shooter on the Kings
 
True... and with the cap exploding even more next year this will be small change next offseason....... I was mainly worried about the overpay, but I guess its not so bad in perspective
 
compared to the other deals being signed this week it's a great deal. Derrick Williams is probably going to get more than that

This is exactly why i said bullets dodged with Monta and Wes not taking our offers.  A couple of role players at this price is so much less risky and gives us much needed depth.  We don't need to be investing a ton of money into a volume chucker or a dude that has the worst injury a basketball player can have

I still think the team is looking for starting PF/C...... no way WCS goes into the season as a starter

but yes, as with any offseason, I'll always say 30 wins is achievable
