Not joking, it was an assumption but while Pete was here it was pretty certain that 99% of the leaks about the Kings were coming from him.

I can only assume Pete is out here scorching the Kings for unceremoniously letting him go. And Woj writing that piece right after the Vivek things is great timing, really. Can't really fault Woj on that

I do not believe Pete actually works for the Nuggets directly. He now instead works for Josh Kroenke, not on the basketball side of things. So sort of indirectly for the Nuggets I suppose.

I'm assuming Malone probably knew NBA head coaching opportunities are tough to come by so he decided to bury the hatchet with Pete, especially when they won't have nearly the same relationship they had here in Sacramento.

He is definitely working directly with the team he was announced as the Senior vice president of business and team operations. Sounds like the same position he had with the Nuggets in 2012 with some added responsibility. :smh: :lol:

This is gonna be a crazy off season



If Karl can get the Nuggets Cousins or the 6th pick I won't have another bad thing to say about him though :nerd:
