Nope.

He wasn't coasting through anything. People simply didn't want to see the obvious reasoning being the way he was playing.

He was going through the same stuff that basically every single higly touted perimeter recruit goes through playing for Bill Self.

It's happening to Kelly Oubre right now.

Bill Self faced a zone in an elimination game and never once thought to put wiggins in the middle. The guy is married to his dumb *** college offense.

This is really not true more often then not AW played well had some really great games

KU backcourt was trash :x & Bill Self wanted to showcase /force fed the ball to Perry Ellis
 
Meyers Leonard just threw the ball to an out of bounds ref :smh: Sums up the half for the Blazers.

What you like about Wiggins is that at 19 years of age, he's already playing out of the post quite a bit. Makes it much easier for him to be effective offensively operating from there, it also to a degree covers his inefficiencies in his offensive repertoire. So while he still isn't all that great at manufacturing offense for himself off the bounce, he doesn't need to be all that in that regard since he's operating from the post a lot.

He's also flat out shooting the pill quite well lately.
