wiggins is going to make the cavs look bad with the things he's doing and going to do. Looks like a future all nba , all star , etc.

Reporter: "Kyrie Irving, Kevin Love they are two max players, they’re here."
Blatt responds quickly: "Kevin’s not a max player yet."

Went over to SB Nation's Fear the Sword and read the comment section of the Cavs/Kings game recap. Comedy...non-stop comedy.

I understand why LeBron chose Love over Wiggins, but man.

His desire to continue being a SF and not a PF. :smh:

i understand it from his perspective, but i dont like it nor condone it. he wanted to win now so he thought kevin love (who we saw was a great player already) was a better bet than a high potential rookie with unknown productivity. unfortunately, he bet and lost. wiggins is shining. love is shrinking.

but i digress. because i wish nothing but failure on lebron for the way he is.

If you told me the Hawks were gonna be this good before the season started I wouldn't believe you.

Them boys are on pure flourish mode :pimp:
Yup. They were the #3 seed last year before Harford got hurt and missed the rest of the season. So it's been in the making. It really started when Danny Ferry got here and got rid of the Joe Johnson, Josh Smith, and Marvin Williams. Paul Millsap has been straight balling since he got here. That win last night over the Wizards was pretty big. Blew them boys right out of the arena.

Whether you want to call it swagger, Mojo or just plain confidence, the Hawks have it. They play like they can and should beat anyone they face. That's a key ingredient for championship teams.

TNT and nbatv need to take the knicks off prime time and national tv and put some hawks games up. I'd rather watch the best team play than the worst
Not to mention the damn TNT and NBATV headquarters and studios are in Atlanta as well. Doubt we get the Knicks games tho. Prob already in their contract to have the knicks on. Something should def be done tho, don't nobody wanna watch the knicks.

Is it just me or does anyone REALLY want to have that #1 or #2 seed considering the Spurs and OKC could be #7 and #8?

edit:

Nice to meet you Hawks homer :pimp: .

nobodies tanking because of a matchup. Spurs and thunder could be 7&8 but they likely will be 4-6 if they play well down the stretch. I'd like to see SAS vs POR because of the OT thriller they had in December

Blatt is even more horrible than I thought. His rotations are horrible.

I thought we traded for Mozgov to handle a guy like Cousins. Instead, he takes Mozgov out, throws Love and Tristan in - they dump it into the post, Cavs start doubling on him - Cousins dishes out to the open man for 3, and they get all the open shots they want.

Horrible coaching. Horrible rotations.

Last 5 minutes of the game, and he takes out all of the starters? Granted were down 18-19 points, but you don't throw in the towel that early and put the reserves in to let the battle down gently. That game could have been easily been won with 5 minutes of straight hard-nosed basketball.

I was screaming at my TV screen last night. Never been so frustrated with this team before in my life. Even that 26 straight loss season had some glorious moments...this season down right sucks.

The last Cavs game I watched was against the Warriors and the product on the floor was just filthy.

The offense was literally a Kyrie or JR iso. Every. single. time. Specifically, in the 3rd and 4th quarters. It seem like Love only took 1 or 2 shots in teh 2nd half and 1 of the shots was a 30 foot 3 point bomb. Cleveland actually had a shot of keeping the game close late if they ran anything that looked like an offensive set. Kyrie and JR dribbling the ball for 18 secs then jacking up a shot was just terrible. I haven't watched many Cavalier games with Lebron being out, but is that what happens for the most part?
