Thunder will make it. This was yesterday, might not be long and they are only 3 games out right now i believe

if one of those teams you listed don't make the playoffs it will be because they just fell off or had a big injury. i don't think any of the Pelicans/Suns/Kings make it unfortunately.  All 3 would probably make it in the East

Durant is wearing some Mids there, which do not look like anything that is out presently.

Ronnie Price and Xavier Henry.

Anyways,

Grizzlies 10-1
Rockets 9-2
Warriors 8-2
Blazers 8-3
Mavericks 8-3
Hornets 6-4
Spurs 6-4
Clippers 5-4

Grizzlies, Rockets, Warriors, Blazers, Spurs, Clippers and Mavericks look like locks at this point unless a disaster strikes. So basically we have a 70ish game playoff for one playoff spot between the Pelicans, Suns, Kings and Thunder. Kings are better than most people thought, but I'm not sure if they can maintain (should be noted all 11 games they've played have been against the west). Davis might be able to drag the Pelicans all by himself to the playoffs. Suns are a mixed bag of awesomeness and confusion. And by the time Durant and Westbrook return, it might be too late for the Thunder because of the hole they'll be in.
As much as I love Boogie and Rudy, I just don't think the Kings got the horses to get them to the playoffs.

When KD comes back...he's shutting that all down.

KD looks like they type to come back early too smh. Phoenix has the best chance outta those 3.

They don't. Besides Collison, and occasionally Casspi/Landry off the bench, they are just not getting help from anyone.  They are basically getting NO contribution from the SG position on most nights, unless McLemore makes a couple shots, Stauskas is terrible on defense. Ramon Sessions has been a dumpster fire as a backup PG. And they don't have a backup Center. Using Reggie Evans at backup Center next to Landry has not worked well, way too undersized

Pretty much every time the benches are in the game, Kings get outscored bad.  The starting lineup had the best defensive rating of any 5 person lineup in the NBA as of a couple days ago. But the bench defense has been terrible and throwing games away

The west has been overloaded for the past several seasons. Then the lakers are gonna get okafor & FA's and it'll be even worse. Really wish Silver would do top 16 records.

Not willing to call us a lock yet. We should be; but haven't played like it yet. The 7 game road trip the team starts tonight should be pretty telling. The only "bad" teams they play on the trip are the Hornets and Pistons and I wouldn't even consider those games locks, the way the Clips have been playing. If they end up going 2-5 on the trip, which I think is possible, they'll find themselves in an early hole in the standings.

for real.  Pelicans/Suns/Kings will most likely all miss the playoffs.  Meanwhile we get to watch scrub teams like the Hawks, Nets, maybe even the Magic and Knicks in the playoffs

The Jazz would probably have a decent playoff seed if they played in the east

Lance returns to Bankers life tonight! Gonna be sitting next to larry bird can't wait to witness his reaction if a lance drops 30+ lol

didnt bird offer him the same amount per year? lance basically betting on himself for a bigger deal, esp with that new tv deal.

Yeah but there's a lot of behind the scenes influence from MJ that took place too that I won't go into detail about. Man the nba really is crazy though how they compensate their players on the low

Hornets have quietly been one of the more disappointing teams of the early season. Seems like a case of have some good pieces, but not necessarily ones that fit together well.

Tim Duncan is a solid actor

Derrick on the other hand...

Cuz Tim and Robinson did them GEL commercials, dude has closet experience. DROSIE though, always trynna keep cool and give that deep thought poat NBA look, so that is why we not used to it.

Ehh, two top 10 players should be enough to solidify a playoff spot in the long run.

As far as the playoffs goes, I feel like there are toooooooooooo many teams that gets in and the playoff itself is too long. How are they going allow more than half of the league to go to the post-season? What kind of accomplishment is that? I say they should cut the playoff teams into 12 teams, 6 teams from each divison. Having the top 12 teams from either conference sounds dope but it would make the conference thing pointless. The first 2 seeds gets a bye for the first round, so they can rest their players while the lower seeds beat each other up. Then, after the first round, the 1st seed gets to play the lower ranked opponent while the 2nd seed plays the higher ranked one.

Okafor's skill set :wow:

I think I might have it slightly higher than Julius Randle's :wow:
you're speaking non-sense right now.
