They went all in by bringing in 2 stars but one declined earlier than expected, imagine 2011 amare on that 2013 team

Seriously doubt it. I'm pretty certain none of the top 8-9 teams in the West would want to trade for Melo, nor would the Cavs, Bulls, Wizards and probably Raptors. I also that teams that are already in full rebuild mode would want him either.

It's the "mecca of basketball" yet the pro team sucks, the college teams suck, the high school teams suck and they produce overrated, shot happy point guards who also suck.
