The gap between Dwight and DeAndre defensively is not that big. And commanding double teams to open up shots for others is what Blake does (and more effectively than Dwight IMO).

It wasn't too bad, but Blake's reaction was more a result of a buildup of hits to the upper body/neck/head/face he's endured for the past 3 years or so. Booker tomahawked Blake up high, wasn't a flagrant 2 but definitely a flagrant 1
