There's always gotta be a #wellactually guy.

He said the Lakers would compete for a top 5 seed and implied they could compete with the Spurs. They could've had all the health in the world and still wouldn't have been remotely close to that level.

Thank you for your contribution though, and I look forward to you being the worst poster in the thread for the second consecutive year.
What other heat you got screen capped man. I hope not too much on me

The webber slander is disgusting smh

Best big man passer of all time. A threat for a triple double any game

How many big men can get you a triple double any given game?

I give you [emoji]128078[/emoji][emoji]128078[/emoji][emoji]128078[/emoji][emoji]128078[/emoji][emoji]128078[/emoji] out of [emoji]128078[/emoji][emoji]128078[/emoji][emoji]128078[/emoji][emoji]128078[/emoji][emoji]128078[/emoji]

I do say it's pretty ironic that  King #wellactually called someone else a #wellactually guy.

Go read a stat line man.

I thought you had me on block anyway.

Stay fronting

You're Laker myopia became more than I could handle.

And OK, you've seen 5 championships, but today's Lakers fans tend to claim all 16 like they were around for all of them.

Winning championships is hard. There's lots of teams in the league that haven't done it or only done it once. I don't think just because you chose to root for one of the more successful NBA franchises, it gives you a right to hold history against everyone else. But whatever makes you feel better.

I don't think it makes me special or anything. Just means my franchise is better than most others.

I'm sure you remember everyone talking about blake like all he could do is dunk. Did it make you myopic because you knew otherwise? Or did it just mean you're a fan with a vested interest in a player who's done their research and observed said players growth? Same with me when people say randle can't dunk, pass, dribble and other nonsense

Nah, Nerlens is trash. If he wasn't 7'0, UK wouldn't have scouted him. If he can't score on Kelly Olynyk & Jared Sullinger, that's how you know your trash. Defensively, I can understand someone being high on Nerlens.
Blake has top 5 PF of all time potential, based on what you seen from him durind 09'-now? Yo, get this guy out of this thread. Someone please, get this NT'er outta' here.

Potential dummy.

When you see a Pf being all NBA and averaging 21 & 10 & 4 through 4 years....Playing winning Bbball and steadily improving every year.

Only a handful of PFs can do that or had that career trajectory.

Damn, Iverson got the unanimous vote.

Not surprising to me but it is surprising that they all agreed, I didn't hear Isaiah say anything though.

What other heat you got screen capped man. I hope not too much on me :smh:

Don't have any honestly.

Sometimes things just stick out in my mind and then I have to hit the search. You can get me this year if Klay has a breakout year. :nerd:

Man the feels were overflowing on that Open Court episode.

Shaq so adamant trying to get Penny on the list.

Kd has time so I'm not putting him there he'll FORCE his way but Wade I question as next ten. Webb and Reggie yes I agree with what Zeke was saying about carrying the franchise to winning and losing conference finals/finals. Plus Wade needs to finish strong.

I only caught the portion with c Webb catching feelings.. And them all kissing up and Kenny being the only one to question..

So the only want 10 guys total, right?

So turn the 50 greatest into the 60?

If it's limited to 10, cwebb ain't in that 10.. He's easily one of the greatest talents ever but we all know he didn't have as great of a career as he should have.. Ditto sheed.. Ditto tmac.. Ditto penny.. Ditto hill

Just got home from work not too long ago and had to catch up on what y'all been talking about today   a few thoughts

1. Blake Griffin looked really good today. As usual, the work he puts in his game is evident. I don't know who laughed at BG being top 5 PF when it's all set and done. His career arch is definitely trending towards that way.

2. Julius Randle isn't even in the same stratosphere athletically as BG. Saw dude post a Hoopsmixtape reel as support and just laughed. Julius played all under the rim in college and I don't see that changing in the pros. Furthermore, Blake is proving to be a franchise level talent and could be historically great when he's done. Will Julius Randle be that good? I do not see it...not even close. Blake was 3rd in MVP voting last year, and Julius in all likelihood will never get that high on that list. He's just so raw offensively man, will he ever get 25 and 10 good?

3. Open Court is always good, but the episode that aired today was really good. Shaq amazes me. How can someone be so good at basketball, and yet be so bad for evaluating the sport. We're talking about the next 10, and you bring up T MAC AND PENNY HARDAWAY?!  regardless, I think the list was pretty good. I don't know who I would take off. I'm glad my guys KD and AI were recognized on that list, both in my eyes easily deserve it. With KD, although he's young, when you are that good that young you have to make it. He's already historically great. Hard to keep d wade off of that list as well.

4. C Webb thinking he's as good as Dirk, Duncan, and KG....

5. Wiggins looked exactly how I thought he would look today. Nice to see.

6. Man the idea of The Clippers going from 57 wins to not in the playoffs because of a coaching and owner situation is laughable. Come on man.

Thinking on Lebron being on that list...dude has went to the last 4 straight NBA Finals, has 2 rings, 4 MVPs, over 20k points, and he's not even 30 yet :wow: :wow: :x

Even though that's not what I said, your comment and quote here won me $100.

Too predictable

First game of the season tonight. Felt so good to be back in the building. Having been a season ticket holder for some years now, I've gained quite a few relationships, both with the staff at the Palace, and the Pistons and the affiliates with them. It was a pleasure seeing everybody again. Though it had only been like 6 months, felt like forever. Had a blast tonight. So glad D. Rose and Pau played. Good seeing Jody meeks. Dude's shot was wet. DJ Augustin is going to take Brandon Jennings starting spot in no time. Pistons are definitely making the playoffs this year. Although I'm a die-hard Laker fan as everybody knows, Detroit is the hometeam...even though I love rooting against them (the hate runs deep for how they trashed A.I.) it is more profitable for me for the Pistons to do well, so I'm down for them to handle business.

A few shots. Galaxy s5 pix. Meh. I took my cam too, the legit shots are on there. All pix are from my seat.

You can read, so read. Or you can continue along taking my post for what you want it to mean as opposed to what it said.
Neither matters to me.
The whole reason I even brought the topic back up was, to prove a point, and it's been proven.

I also picked the Heat to come out of the East this 2015 season, but made that pick based on Lebron being there, he's gone, naturally my pick out of the East is no longer the Heat.

Same goes with the Clips missing the playoffs, me picking them as a team to miss was based on a series of events needing to happen, and didn't, so naturally I've no longer got them missing the playoffs.

looking at randle highlights he really reminds me of melo in the post, of course without the jumper

strong and quick but plays below the rim

Wasn't high on Randle coming into the draft, and am still not high on him now. He is not it man. Do think he can end up being a high energy big off the bench though. But as far as a guy who you can build a franchise around? I don't see it.

That's your ceiling for him. Energy big off the bench.

At least you could have said something like solid starter.

He does a lot of things well, and has a lot of versatility.

Good in the post, solid rebounder, good court vision, extremely quick, good handles, can bring the ball up, run in transition, good roll man.

Two knocks on him is his defense, and mid-range shot. He has enough quickness to be an even defender. Mid-range shot doesn't even need to become automatic for it to make things easy for him.

He was probably the 1st or 2nd most ready guy in the draft, and the 4th highest ceiling behind Embiid, Wiggins & Parker.
