I'm not throwin shade, I'm tellin you to let it out. Get all them feelings out so we can go back to wastin time in our thread. Hopefully you'll eventually catch on that Kal and I discussed KLove back and forth, he said agree to disagree and we moved on. What're the feelin's for?

People clowned some of our ideas of building a core foundation of draft picks, then signing key FA's. They mocked the Cavs as an example. A LIVE example that is producing rather well. I have been monitoring that example and learning how things may, or may not look for us going forward.

In the end, I'm posting about the NBA, the Draft, the prospects, the roster, the GM, the coach, the future and trying to find where/when we can get back to being a healthy franchise.

Stop reading with your feels dude. You're killin me. I'm not here to positively reinforce hand holding or anything, I'm here choppin it up in the Laker thread, same as every day the last 8-9 year's. This is not The Terms of Endearment thread. That's the Seahawks thread. Lot of tears and Kleenex and emotion in there.

Out of all the things to complain about this season, Nick Young is the main target?

This guy may be going through a slump, but he would be a decent bench player on a good team, and that is our goal, to eventually become a good team.

Let him go out here this year, get his Kobe on, good for the people who actually pay to watch these games, have some sort of enjoyment to it, because god knows they need it.

And when we reload and get our team back to being competitive he can go play that scorer of the bench that every team needs.

I'm more disappointed honestly in Sacre's and Kelly's development...

SQL queries are a reference to the FANTASY GM that goes on here.  All the "What if" we signed Leonard or Curry, or landed pick XYZ. etc

DRACO is a quick jab step reference to DRACONIAN.  Mix that w/ hazing and you get, Draconian Hazing.  It's to reference the 'bully' factor here and isolating particular posts of individuals.

Sacre's numbers all almost aligned exactly with what his career averages are. Sure he hasn't taken that next step, but he never was going to. He's the 11th-12th guy in a rotation. He's a worker/scrapper. Everything will come difficult to him, but he's out there trying/hustling. But should only get spot minutes. Nonetheless as 60th pick, he's still a success.


Kelly's problem is being at the 3. He's a 4. He's not athletic, but he's a horrible matchup for a lot of 4s in the league, especially backups. Even as unathletic as he is, he's somehow faster than a lot of 4s. Also the fact that he's pretty good at the 3pointers, it's such a huge advantage. Bigs are always afraid to step out to that perimeter. They'll rather keep their feet in concrete at 15 feet rather than move out to the 3line. Gives Kelly open looks. And spreads the court. Makes it easier for EVERYBODY. And even if Kelly wants against equal competition, if he gets that ball in the corner, and the PF wants to close out, he has enough talent to put the ball on the floor to get around him and look for an open man.

Ryan Kelly as a SF is a disaster. SFs are quicker, faster, and are used to being on the perimeter. On defense, he's [Shaq] BBQ chicken [/Shaq] He can't keep up with those guys. Byron has him guarding LeBron & Melo and not expecting him to get torched. When on offense, those SFs know how to at least run a guy off the 3pointer. So Kelly gets very little open looks, OR he has to put the ball on the floor and beat a guy who is quicker and faster than he is.

I get more enjoyment watching Black Ice yell and flail for fouls and Lin getting spun around like NT selvedge denim when he guards Kyrie more than anything else.  It's obvious the team ain't doing it, but the stupid decisions and stupid plays make it more fun to watch.  Sometimes the team will go toe to toe against a top team on Friday and win.

Still wanting to see this team start scrapping with others.  Loved seeing Young team-mates not give a damns and Wesley Corn Oil Johnson thinking he's Horry (but he's not).

Because it ruins my chances as a fan of being able to enjoy a draft pick I desire.

Constantly whining about people and things I have no control over, almost every single day.

LTB has a point and I feel like we have had this same back and forth. Would it have been nice to lose that game to Chi? Of course....but why do we need to keep hearing about it...or the young contract or any of it?

Right now we are going to keep that top 5 pick. Where it lands is no ones guess since at the end of the day its a lottery. We could have the worst record and not even get the number 1 pick.

I don't know...sometimes the long paragraphs of explaining why we are fools for not following your vision gets old.
