Im not mad that were a joke everywhere, we deserve it. organization is trash right now from top to bottom...
Kobe is embarrassing himself as the team mascot, Byron is coaching horribly, the rest of the team cant drain a jumper to save their lives...

if i was a Laker hater i'd be enjoying it too.

but damn... when our own fans are hating harder than the Laker haters are, thats what disturbs me.

How are we out-hating the people that hate us most? Just bringing even more attention to the embarrassment constantly.

I dont know about you guys but im just letting people enjoy it low key. Watching the embarrassment from afar, and just patiently waiting for things to get better in a couple years.

A few defensive lapses by him though, which just made me shake my head. Reminded me of Pau last year when he mailed it in.

Pick it up. Learn good habits now so the become second nature during the playoffs.

I'm curious how efficient Kobe would be with Pau Gasol instead of Jordan Hill as the starting C.

The team would still stink, and maybe have 1 more win. But just the threat of someone who can score at a somewhat reliable rate makes me wonder how different he'd be in these first 10 games/

Been saying the same, but peeps wildin out. Pau doing it in Chicago. It‘s not like LA is filled with leftovers, well maybe, but my point is, let Byron become the God Smack. Make Nick into a top defender at the wing, make the ball go through Pau, Boozer, Kobe.

These guys are young enough to play defense, they ain‘t old.

Byron hasn‘t figured out what works, but it was obvious that we had no competing advantage. Like I‘ve been saying, Kobe has won rings with bigs, and LA has done nothing!!

I kinda agree, but its not Rambo or Predator. It don‘t work that way. And Kobe has never done it himself, no one was able to. LA traded away size and height, that baffles me.

To rely on Kobe in such ways make no sense, Kobe is like the Expendables now, he needs guys more than ever. Big guys, guys that can play their roles. Look at Kaman flourishing, look at Gasol. etc.

To say LA dd their best was BS. In the West, it‘s not the same. Kobe‘s acrobatic shots are meaningless, guys go to war game after game with a L. The mental aspect deterioates, but who cares right? They are paid! Gruesome for fans though.

You are right, given this whole Swaggy P stuff, and his personality, I don‘t see how he‘s capable of being a great defender. Yes, he can, he just won‘t. He is no where near Kobe, or near individuals that wanna alter their game. But a lot has to do with the team‘s capacity, and vision.

He wasn't too bad defensively last year. Actually put an effort on that side of the court. Portion of the season he got lazy and Dantoni even called him out on it and he improved after. Was surprising. Nick's overall play was one of the few bright spots last year.

You always bag on the guy but for 5 million, please tell me who you could get with Young's skillset?
