this has to be from 06-07. The C's were absolutely terrible that year (they had a stretch where they went something like 1-20?). Kobe putting on a show was probably the highlight of the season for most of those fans.

^ it was. Still pretty crazy though. Like ska said I can't imagine a Celtic getting those chants from Staples even if the Lakers were trash

Boston is dragging the court with us, so ******* help me if they fight back to win in the final minute......... :smh:

I'd rather get mauled by rabid bears then have to listen to Robert Horry speak.

Same goes for Mark Medina

So we're competing with the Knicks, Wolves and Magic for the top 5. Maybe Utah. Feeling good about our chances.

Schedule fro the rest of the month.....

Pelicans tomorrow
Kings Tuesday
At Spurs Friday
At Wolves
At Pacers (back to back)
Thunder
At Kings
Warriors
At Bulls
At Mavs (back to back)
Suns
At Nuggets

12 games. And, well, you're lookin at maybe 2 wins, a 3rd would be impressive. With 3 wins, we're lookin at an 8-24 record going into 2015. Tell me that's not a sign.

Speaking of 8 and 24, Kobe is now within range of MJ, as we all know, and the NBA world is on it. He has the Pelicans at home tomorrow, and then NBATV has stepped in with the game vs the Kings where Kobe has an outside chance at doing it at Staples, or, if he comes up short, ESPN has the Spurs game next Friday. So one of those two games could see the moment Kobe passes MJ, unless he goes into a big drought, and it would wait until the Wolves game.

We all know Kobe, he might try to get as much as he can tomorrow vs the Pels, so he has an outside shot at doing it at home, cuz it won't be easy to do in San Antonio, and he likely won't hear a lot of cheering that night when he does it anyway.

At Wolves, and at Pacers are the key games of the month. If we win those, we help those teams get ahead of us in the lottery, even tho we'd still be staring at an 8-24 start, knowing we're pretty much out of the playoffs already, if Mitch or Jim or someone doesn't pull the plug soon, we could be in some trouble.

Lose at least one of those games to the Wolves (or likely the Pacers since it would be a back to back) then we have a better shot at a 7-25 start, and at least we put a W on one of them to help us stay in the Top 5 hunt.

*note*
It's really helping that the Kings have improved, helps us get an extra L or two this season. If not for Dwight sitting out, and DeRozan, we'd be in great shape for that pick heading into the new year. :\
