I like Byron Scott but I can't defend his philosophy on 3's. Makes no sense bruh. I get it if he doesn't want them to just jack up a bunch of 3's but he's taking it to the extreme.

I refuse to believe that Byron isn't commander of the tank.

I once ran a no 3s offense..... With 7 year olds that couldn't shoot better than 10% from 3. No way a head coach in the NBA isn't tanking with no 3s.


What would have been acceptable is "The team isn't as good from 3 as they were last year, so we have to find other ways to put the ball in the basket." That's an acceptable and logical answer. His answer is and Magic's response makes me wonder how he even managed to learn how to use a toilet as opposed to just pissing all over walls.
