Man feels good though. Tough grind out win. Great to see.

I hope Beal is ok. Any updates on his injury? Is it a high ankle sprain?
 
nothing short of amazing to watch the Wizards play like this. Hope the backcourt gets healthy and they steal game 2

I'm hoping this goes 6 games and Wiz have a chance to close on homecourt. I'll bite the bullet if that's the case.

But if its looking like a Cavs/Wiz ECF then I'll pass and save for that. Those prices would be ridiculous.

I agree about the Cavs series, I was there when we played the OG Lebron Cavs squad

when we had gilzero and co.
 
He looks okay on the vines the Wiz Twitter is posting... But I know practice movements are way diff in game. Hoping for the best!
 
We took an L but we still looked good without Wall

We are good all we had to do was split in Atlanta
 
Just chalking this up to no John Wall. I hope i am right. But their assist numbers like 30 assists on 37 baskets or whatever it was :smh: thats insane

Lets hold home court though. Hope Wall is ok though.
 
Nene played like trash last night. I'd give half his minutes to Hump. Dunno why Wittman has given him ZERO burn.

Seraphin was useless in the littel minutes he played, I feel like when he posts up its a foregone conclusion that he's gonna shoot. He has no intention of ever passing once in the block, and will take the shot no matter what. And against a solid defensive team like atlanta, he's bound to be forced into terrible shots. Kevin is useless IMO.

Also, Rasual could've helped last night, especially given the fact that we practically conceded the game from the get.

We look decent without Johnny, but he was SORELY missed yesterday. You begin to see how much we need/depend on not only his PLAY, but his leadership.

Anyways, with ANY sort of production from Nene and also having a quasi-healthy Wall, we come out of game 2 with a win.

Sessions played his heart out, but he's not creating the same looks that Wall does for his teammates. Hopefully the extra day of rest will do Wall some good and he'll be out there ready to go for game 3 on Fri.

*Speaking of Nene, what's with him? He's KILLING the team, and I hope Randy sits his *** for game 3 (give the minutes to Hump). If you can't get up for a playoff game, then you need to go kick rocks.

Wasn't expecting to win without Wall but was surprised we stayed in it until the 4th. Nene contributed absolutely nothing.

Can anyone explain how the schedule works? Why such a long break until game 3 for us and GS/MEM? Cavs/Bulls and Hou/Clips play every other day.
