Official 2015 NFL Draft Thread

So staying in school and getting their degrees worked for them....no?

Unless I'm misunderstanding what you are getting at

if you choose to look at it that way

I will take the guaranteed money and finish my 15 credits down the road or in the summer if it's that big a deal

Where do you guys think Corey peters goes after his coach denies him trying to choke the assistant?

Marcus Peters?

he is the best CB in the draft IMO, I can see a team like the Pats taking a chance on him at the end of the 1st

OLB All the way for me re: Shaq

I'd love to see him in that Jaguars defensive system

Exactly.....I don't think some of the people on here seem to understand this. He gains nothing by staying another year.

With Jameis though, he's also a baseball player. I don't think he's nearly as good as he is at football, but nonetheless, that's where some real money is. He gets drafted to the NFL regardless. Why not see where his baseball career goes if he has the opportunity?

There's also the chance that the feedback that he is getting from NFL types may be different from what most think about his draft stock

Have no idea really, but it'll all be over in like a week lol

because a 3-4 years in the minors isn't paying what a long healthy 15-20 years as an nfl quarterback pays. Even with mlb top 3 round signing money.

He's a football player

Jameis is getting paid in the NFL

Jameis will get a nice check from baseball but he will spend 3-4 years traveling by bus from town to town and if that doesn't work out he's 27-28 years old and gonna need to pray some NFL team wants to bring him into their camp to try and make the roster

15-20 years? Goodness.
if he's good. Brees said he's playing till he's 45, manning and brady will each be done with about 18 years and winston more athletic than both. Not trying to compare winston to those guys on the field though
